Thermal Imaging

FAQs

Questions, answered directly

What people ask before booking an investigation, including what we can and cannot do.

Is thermal imaging enough on its own?

No. Every anomaly is confirmed by a second method, because insulation, air paths and moisture can look alike in infrared.

Can you scan at night?

Roof and building scans are often best at night or early morning when temperature differences are stable.

Will you open my walls?

Only with authorization, and only when confirmation requires it. The point of thermal work is to narrow the target first.

Do you scan strata common property?

Yes, with arrangements made through the strata council or manager.

What do I get?

Annotated thermal images, confirmation readings and a written report with next steps.

How do I book?

Call (604) 269-5325 or email [email protected] describing the symptom and the property type.
